Claudia, Patient Manager

Claudia has worked with Dr. Hong for the past seven years. She enjoys orthodontics because it allows her to get to know each patient she treats, particularly the kids. Her favorite thing about Dr. Hong is that he is easy to work with. Also, she likes the advanced technology of the office. She is married to her husband Eddie and has two sisters Imelda and Lucia. On her free time she loves dancing and dining out.

Jennifer, Clinic Coordinator

Jennifer started managing the front office for Dr. Hong in the summer of 2008 and loves every bit of it. She mostly enjoys the patient interaction but also enjoys working with every one of her coworkers because of their team unity. Her favorite thing about Dr. Hong is his ability to care for each patient's individual needs. She says her best friends are husband Adrian, mother Debbie and sister Jessica. On her free time she likes to take mini vacations with her family and entertain her very active 2 year old son Jacob.

Leslie, Back-Office Orthodontic Assistant

Leslie's favorite part about orthodontics is that she gets to work with people, especially kids. She enjoys working with Dr. Hong because he is friendly and easy to work with. Her favorite part about the office is the cutting-edge technology used. She has two older brothers and enjoys to go dancing on her free time.

Joon, Receptionist

Before joining Dr. Hong's office as a receptionist, Joon worked in the pharmacy field for several years in Illinois. She assists with front office duties and likes working with friendly and knowledgeable staff members like Dr. Hong and all his assistants. She especially enjoys seeing satisfied patients with their big confident smiles. Joon and her husband, Joe, have three children: Andrew, Mark and Daniel, and they are very involved with their school and after-school sports, music activities. She enjoys hiking, watching old classic movies, traveling in her free time, and loves warm California weather.
