Joon, Financial Specialist and Patient Coordinator
Before joining Dr. Hong's office as a receptionist, Joon worked in the pharmacy field for several years in Illinois. She runs the front office and enjoys working with friendly and knowledgeable staff members like Dr. Hong and all his assistants. She especially enjoys seeing satisfied patients with their big, confident smiles. Joon and her husband, Joe, have three boys: Andrew, Mark, and Daniel who are all very involved in school and after-school sports, activities, and music. She enjoys hiking, watching old classic movies, traveling in her free time, and loves warm California weather.
Yemile, Back-Office Orthodontic Coordinator
Yemile started managing the back office for Dr. Hong in the summer of 2009 and loves every bit of it. She mostly enjoys the patient interaction but also enjoys working with every one of her coworkers because of their team unity. Her favorite thing about Dr. Hong is his ability to care for each patient's individual needs. She has a wonderful 3-year old boy, Julian, whom she loves unconditionally. Yemile enjoys eating out at nice restaurants, and spending time with her expanding family.
Jenny, Back-Office Assistant
Jenny started in orthodotics over three years ago and enjoys working with Dr. Hong. She enjoys working with and caring for patients but also enjoys interacting as part of a team with her co-workers. Jenny enjoys spending time with her friends and family on weekends, and can tell you everywhere to get the best Boba!
Tracy, Treatment Coordinator & Back-office Assistant
Tracy started her patient care career in exercise science and was an avid swim coach for her local high school and USS swim team in Northern California. She has also worked in Marketing and owned a small business. Tracy enjoys the combination of all those experiences working with kids and adults in orthodontics. In her off time Tracy and her husband enjoy training and competing in triathlons and trail racing throughout the country.
Danica, Back-Office Orthodontic Assistant
Danica has worked in the Dental field for the past year and has found her life-long career. She enjoys the patient care aspect and how much she has learned form Dr. Hong and his staff.
